By downloading, installing, or using Mark It, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
Mark It is a financial literacy application designed for children and families. It allows users to track allowances, record income and expenses, set savings goals, and learn money management skills. The app is for educational and tracking purposes only and does not handle real financial transactions.
You must create an account to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. Parents are responsible for their children's accounts and activity within the app.
Mark It is free to download and use. A paid plan, Mark It Pro, unlocks unlimited allowance sources, savings goals, spending insights and the full money tips library. Without it the app stays usable: you keep one allowance source and all of the tracking.
Mark It Pro costs US$2.99 per month or US$23.99 per year. Prices in other currencies are set by the App Store and Google Play and are shown before you confirm. The subscription belongs to the parent account and covers every child account created under it, at no extra charge per child. There is no free trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that.
You can cancel at any time and keep the paid features until the period you already paid for runs out. Cancelling happens in the store, not in Mark It: on iOS in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, and on Android in Google Play → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting your Mark It account does not cancel the subscription — it is held by Apple or Google, not by us — so cancel it in the store as well, or the charges continue.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us. When a subscription ends, expires or is refunded, the paid features stop and the app returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted: your allowances, transactions and goals stay exactly as they are, and become visible again if you subscribe later.
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose of financial tracking and education. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the app. You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Mark It is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The app is an educational tool and does not provide financial advice. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information within the app. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mark It shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Al descargar, instalar o usar Mark It, aceptas estos Términos de Servicio. Si eres menor de 18 años, tu padre o tutor legal debe aceptar estos términos en tu nombre.
Mark It es una aplicación de educación financiera diseñada para niños y familias. Permite a los usuarios llevar un registro de mesadas, registrar ingresos y gastos, establecer metas de ahorro y aprender habilidades de gestión del dinero. La app es solo para fines educativos y de seguimiento, y no maneja transacciones financieras reales.
Debes crear una cuenta para usar la app. Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales de inicio de sesión. Aceptas proporcionar información precisa y actualizarla según sea necesario. Los padres son responsables de las cuentas y actividad de sus hijos dentro de la app.
Mark It es gratis de descargar y usar. Un plan de pago, Mark It Pro, desbloquea fuentes de mesada ilimitadas, metas de ahorro, análisis de gastos y la biblioteca completa de consejos de dinero. Sin él la app sigue siendo usable: conservas una fuente de mesada y todo el registro.
Mark It Pro cuesta US$2.99 al mes o US$23.99 al año. Los precios en otras monedas los fija la App Store o Google Play y se muestran antes de que confirmes. La suscripción es de la cuenta del padre y cubre todas las cuentas de hijo creadas bajo ella, sin cargo adicional por hijo. No hay prueba gratuita.
El cobro se hace a tu cuenta de Apple ID o de Google Play al confirmar la compra. La suscripción se renueva automáticamente por el mismo periodo salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el periodo en curso, y la renovación se cobra dentro de las 24 horas previas.
Puedes cancelar cuando quieras y conservas las funciones de pago hasta que se agote el periodo que ya pagaste. La cancelación se hace en la tienda, no en Mark It: en iOS en Ajustes → tu nombre → Suscripciones, y en Android en Google Play → Pagos y suscripciones → Suscripciones. Eliminar tu cuenta de Mark It no cancela la suscripción —la tiene Apple o Google, no nosotros—, así que cancela también en la tienda o los cobros continúan.
Los reembolsos los gestionan Apple o Google según sus propias políticas, no nosotros. Cuando una suscripción termina, vence o se reembolsa, las funciones de pago se apagan y la app vuelve al plan gratuito. No se borra nada: tus mesadas, transacciones y metas quedan tal cual, y vuelven a verse si te suscribes más adelante.
Aceptas usar la app solo para su propósito previsto de seguimiento financiero y educación. No puedes intentar realizar ingeniería inversa, modificar o explotar la app. No puedes usar la app para ningún propósito ilegal o no autorizado.
Mark It se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantías de ningún tipo. La app es una herramienta educativa y no proporciona asesoramiento financiero. No somos responsables de las decisiones financieras tomadas basándose en la información dentro de la app. No garantizamos que la app estará libre de errores o será ininterrumpida.
En la medida máxima permitida por la ley, Mark It no será responsable de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial o consecuente que surja del uso o la imposibilidad de usar la app.
Podemos suspender o terminar tu cuenta si violas estos términos. Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde la configuración de la app. Tras la terminación, tus datos serán eliminados permanentemente.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos de Servicio de vez en cuando. Notificaremos a los usuarios de cambios significativos a través de la app. El uso continuado de la app después de los cambios constituye la aceptación de los términos actualizados.
